So it’s the final stretch. 

A lot has been happening with the project. A lot. And still it doesn’t feel like enough despite objectively being, like, a lot. But let’s take a step back here.

Probably the most important thing that has happened this week is that as I moved back into drawing art assets, and by which I mean, actual pencil-and-paper sprites, I discovered something… I really love drawing??? Like wow, who would have thought that doing the thing I literally went to animation school for would fill me with such motivation and passion. It honestly feels effortless to sink back into the old ways I’m so fond of.

But I also have my wonderful composer to thank this week, Leo “ArcanaXIX”, for delivering incredible tracks that honestly feel like they elevate every scene they’re in. As I plop them into the code and see the scenes slowly taking shape, I can’t help but feel really excited about what I’ve made and really motivated to finish.

And I need that motivation!! There’s only one week left!! And for some reason I decided I needed to also simul-release in Portuguese!!! AAAAAAAAAAAA
